Himalayan Goji juice can be a very potent way to benefit from the powerful properties of goji berries.
It is unclear at this point in time as to whether the goji drink is better than the dried whole berries. It has often been argued that the goji drink (sometimes referred to as goji sacred water or sacred goji waters) is a better medium to preserve water soluble vitamins like C and the B complexes, but at the same time many of the nutrients are stored in the berry cellulose and fiber can be lost in the process of juicing.
